• Actively managing the firm’s portfolio including several assets classes, with a special focus on NPLs, land for development and income-producing assets (hotels). Elaborate monthly asset management cash flows and monthly financial reports for the Board of Directors. • Participate in the elaboration of the firm’s acquisition strategy, carry out market studies, create Investment Memorandums and analyse acquisition opportunities through financial modelling.

I worked for 2 years at Urban Input, a real estate investment firm that acts as local partner for international sources of capital, such as private equity real estate funds, family offices, REITs, hedge funds. We invest in a wide variety of assets, that range from distressed debt, land bank, real estate development to performing portfolios of income producing assets. Involved in the fundraising, deal sourcing, deal execution, asset management and exit process. Therefore my tasks included:· Analyse on a continous basis multiple investment opportunities by creating a financial model and preparing an investment memo for the investment committee. I participated in the acquisition of 6 assets, adding an equity expenditure of €120M.· Manage the due diligence and subsequent acquisition of the asset. Once acquired, we managed (depending on the project) the urban planning, development, commercialisation and sale of the asset. During all the project I was responsible of managing the different teams (legal, technical, accounting, etc..) and to prepare the monthly financial reports to the investor.· I directly managed 2 projects, one was an office development complex and the other a large pool of land. Both they added up a gross development value of €80M.
