I was one-half of a what could be described as the 4th Most Popular Breakfast Show in Hobart. Which is a nice way of saying that we were not a strong show considering there were only 3 other breakfast shows on radio in Hobart.This was a challenge as my co-host and I got on great outside of the studio, but just couldn't gel inside it. So we were never going to set the world on fire. Despite all our trying this was the last time I would attempt to work on-air in radio. Briefly headed up the Organisational Change Project at AAPT as it transitioned from a private company to AAPT and then Telecom NZ ownership. This involved a lot of travel between sites in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane acting as a point of contact for overall organisational change and the new processes and procedures that came with changes in ownership.

Responsible for IT Change communication and buy-in from the wider business. A criticism at the time was that the IT structure of the company would make changes that would affect real people in real time without any notification. My job was to wrest control of the scheduling of this change and provide advice to the business on what schedule would be less impacting to them whilst also making sure that IT was able to conduct change that needed to occur.
