Daniel Mangiafridda is an animator, storyteller, artist, gamer, and Dunkin’ Donuts enjoyer in his third year of the BFA Animation program at the School of Visual Arts. His obsession with stories and storytelling motivates his art and has led him to achievements such as having his work displayed at the Katonah Youth Exhibition in 2022 and being given the senior superlative for “greatness in art” that same year. Since he was young, Daniel found great inspiration in the stories he was exposed to, including but not limited to the great epic of Adventure Time and the psychological thriller that is the video game Alan Wake and the studio behind such a masterpiece Remedy Entertainment. Now as an adult entering the professional world of art, his goal is to inspire the next generation of artists with his own work, just like those stories that inspired him as a kid. In addition to his passion for art, Daniel is also an entertaining and engaging presence to have in the workplace. His humor and down to earth nature ensure he will be an asset to any team.
