Studio 7 is a Latin dance studio in Auckland, New Zealand which specialises in Salsa and Zouk Lambada dance styles. The school offers a range of group classes and private lessons to suit all levels of experience – from the absolute beginner to the advanced dancer. Our team takes pride in offering expert tuition with multiple international and national.

Investigate incidents and review staff practice in relation to these. Give guidance, coaching, feedback and support on best practice techniques for quality engagement with offenders. Support the national team to ensure consistent quality practice and measures across the country. Provide guidance to senior management on strategies to improve field-staff.

Managed a team of Probation Officers and admin staff, to manage rehabilitative sentences (primarily) for high risk offenders. This included performance management, organizational management, and visible leadership.

Rehabilitated and reintegrated offenders serving sentences in the community, specializing in high risk gang associates/members, child sex offenders, and life-sentences (murderers). Main tasks involved using motivational techniques and manipulation management skills to ensure the offenders complete rehabilitative interventions and reduced their likelihood.
