My role as a Learning manager at EY is to support staff in growing their skills and confidence to become great leaders and provide amazing solutions, using cutting edge technology, for their clients.I am passionate about providing fun, engaging and thought provoking learning programs to both face to face and virtual audiences.Starting with McKinsey London in 1997, I focused initially on Technology Learning. This continued with EY after migrating to Sydney Australia in 1999, then Brisbane in 2001. I then transitioned into Learning & Development around 2005.I've become a highley experienced professional in design, delivery and deployment of virtual learning programmes for local and global audiences, delivering both technology and professional development programmes (leadership, teaming, business development).I'm excited to help a truely global organisation Build a Better Working World one class at a time.
