Project Manager / Resource Manager

Provide cost and resource estimates for new applications, improved functionality, hardware capacity increases and upgradesEvaluate customer requirements and scope by analysing systems and business practices through interviews, workshops and observation.Document business processes (as-is, to-be) and business rules to identify gaps in requirements and process improvementsDocument system behaviour (happy-path, exception handling)Facilitate the production of requirements through workshops and peer reviewsReview, impact assess and manage change requestsEvaluate requirements with IT and suppliers to ensure they are technically feasible and obtain estimate. Proactive mitigation and escalation of risks and issuesFeed analysis updates into project management to ensure early identification of scope/cost changesCreate and walk through the functional specification with business colleagues and developers both in-house and third party.Contribute to / shape the design of user interfaces (guidance, prototypes)Produce implementation plan and lead walk through workshopsFeed into / review test conditionsProvide support during Unit Testing, System Testing and User Acceptance TestingAct as point of contact and Subject Matter Expert for defect resolution within testing phasesCoach less experienced colleagues
