Creating a clear strategy that includes prioritized offerings, target markets/customers/segments, monetization model, defining clear performance measures & objectives.Working with Go To market teams, leading solution and partner led sales with existing and new customers whilst leading differentiated offering creation for customers helping them achieve their business objectives.Responsible for 3 year business strategy, engaging with Hyperscaler partners to support key initiatives. Driving operational excellence through delivery capability development whilst helping to build and mature new/required teams and functions.In addition to the above I am key in complex customer engagements, helping to scale a range of customers from Start-ups to Enterprise level orgs across a variety of segments. Secondments to customer sites to help build and develop key functions is also core to my role.

Responsible for all Hybrid cloud Infrastructure generating approx. $33 million dollars MRR (monthly recurring revenue). Leading a global team based in the UK, US and India of 15 highly skilled Architects and Infrastructure engineers managing the Rackspace Private Cloud offering for VMware and Hyper-V. My scope of responsibility includes all compliance initiatives (PCI/SOX), overseeing and approving bespoke customer solutions ensuring consistency and sustainability alongside creating an annual roadmap to drive our offering and strategy forward. Support Engineering consisting of a team of global DevOps engineers leveraging an Agile methodology to deliver automation, workload reductions for Public Cloud platforms (AWS, MGCP, Azure).
