Managing community associations is hard work. This is what we do at Campbell. It’s not hard because the problems are complex. It’s hard because we are responsible for taking care of people’s homes. We work where our clients live and what we do is very personal to them. We do this well because we hire good people that care about the owners and homes they care for. It’s my job at Campbell to make sure that we hire the best managers and provide them the right support – the right people, processes and technology. There is no “one-size fits all” solution for community associations in Florida. Each of our 400+ clients is a little different, so we customize our services to meet the needs of each association. I enjoy the challenge of helping our managers and boards figure out the best way to manage their community. We employ over 200 Community Association Managers at Campbell with over 2,000 years combined experience. We asked ourselves – How can we take full advantage of all this knowledge and experience? We implemented a Managers "Portal", a Best Practices Blog and a custom Search Engine so that each of our managers would know where and how to find the answer to almost any question that might come up. After developing and curating this content for over 5 years, we created "Campbell Academy", an online learning platform for our staff - that contains best practices information, industry expertise, sample forms, policies and procedures and other information that helps guide our managers in solving problems when they arise.Ultimately, our goal is peace of mind – peace of mind for the 2,000+ board members and 100,000+ owners that we serve. Our clients trust us to take good care of their community, treating it as though it were our own. 98% of the boards we serve trust us enough to renew every year. I am proud of our renewal rate and believe it is the best way to measure our performance.I am proud to be part of the Campbell Family!
