I took the initiative to lead the establishment of yearly roadmaps for our Security, Compliance, and IT teams,setting a precedent as the first in the company to adopt this strategic planning approach. This accomplishmenteliminated the need for a Type 1 report, showcasing our commitment to security and compliance.Lastly, the implementation of a vulnerability disclosure program under my guidance had a significant impact. Itdrastically reduced the influx of low-quality reports that had previously burdened our support team, streamlining our security operations.
