Over my 21-year employment with Control Concepts, I was involved in all levels of the business from employee relations to customer relations. I work with a group of 12 Project Managers in the I & E and Automation fields. I also spend time outside of the office checking on projects and visiting current customers and potential customers to continue to improve and build our business relations. My roles while there included Field I&E Supervisor, Shop Foreman, Field Services Manager, Project Manager, Outside Sales/BD Manager and Operations Manager of our west Texas BU.
