I'm working as a consultant for TIM on the "DiMon" (Digital Monitoring) project.The DiMon project aims to build a centralized application monitoring platform for all the TIM IT systems (more than 300 different platforms and technologies). The new system is built to have automatic fault analisys and prediction/correlation capabilities, thanks to machine learning algorithms.The monitoring platform is based on Elasticsearch, Kibana, Node.js, Python and React.Tasks in my specific role are: following the users in the adoption of the system and planning functional and technical enhancements to the system.I've earned the Elasticsearch certification in 2019.I am also in charge of technical interviews in the recruiting phase, and of internal training for the new hires.

I was the head of development of the web based, responsive subscription app (AOL) and the SKY/Fastweb and SKY/Telecom bundles applications.In 2016, with a team of about 5 consultants, we entirely redesigned those apps from scratch, leveraging modern technologies like responsive web design and Adobe Experience Manager as CMS.In 2015, we migrated the prospect-oriented chat infrastructure from LivePerson to Salesforce LiveAgent, with a great saving for our company. I contributed to the initial phase of the project, analyzing different alternatives to LivePerson and produced the rationale to move to Salesforce; then I followed the implementation on both Salesforce and AOL.Also, I did some technical validation and study for new CRM solutions (Salesforce based).

As an Application Manager for Sky Italia, I led a team of 12 consultants to manage the Production systems in the "customer" area (CRM, Sales, etc.).We've improved (built?) the application monitoring infrastructure for SKY Italia, started to collect KPIs and business data on a daily basis for something like 5 years, rationalized and re-organized Customer System's Operation team structure, defined the roll-out model and perfected the Release Management processes. We've pushed the technology behind Systems monitoring and automation, introducing tools like Splunk and using scheduling systems like BMC Control-M to automate complex business flows.

I did consulting in the media/telco areas. I planned and executed the data migration for the CRM system during the Stream/Tele+ merge. I contributed to the renewal of the CRM, Sales and integration platform for SKY Italia. I took part to the migration project of the CRM platform for Cosmote (Greece). I did some training courses for new hires on Siebel technology (with classrooms of 20+ people).

With ICL, I did consulting for media and telco companies (Wind, Vodafone). My work was mainly about customizing the "Prospero" system (billing of interconnection traffic). It was preceeded by a 6 month long training in the United Kingdom in the Slaugh and Reading offices.
