Online psychological counselling.

Primarily one-on-one therapy in the framework of cognitive-behavioral therapy for clients with different types of requests for help, such as depression, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, ADHD and autism. As part of the treatment trajectories, I carry out diagnostics regarding ADHD, autism, IQ and personality disorders.In addition to individual therapy, we provide group trainings. Up to now I have built up experience as an instructor of the competitive memory training (COMET), an assertiveness training and a mindfulness-based compassion training.

At the Career Services we help students by giving them advice about improving their CV and motivation letter as well as organizing mock-interviews to prepare them for job interviews. We also manage CareerConnext, a platform where companies can post vacancies which our students can apply to. Finally, we offer workshops on topics like LinkedIn and salary negotiations.

Teaching second year students counselling skills (e.g. questioning, reflecting, summarizing, confrontation, immediacy) through role plays based on a counsellor-client setting and diagnostic skills through evaluating psychological tests.Both English groups as well as Dutch groups.

The aim of Estonian Social Enterprise Network (ESEN) is to increase the number, capacity and impact of social enterprises in Estonia. My tasks in the organization:• co-organizer of Changemakers Academy, a youth social enterprise competition (highest number of applicants among youth programmes in EE);• analytic/consultant on impact measurement projects, e.g. public tender for mapping the impact of Estonian youth organizations;• fluid tasks - organizing Christmas fairs, giving TV interviews, attending advocacy meetings.

Army service is mandatory for males in Estonia. I chose the civil service alternative in Tugikeskus Juks, which helps people with intellectual disabilities (often together with autism and/or Down syndrome) stay active and/or find a job in the open job market.

Weekend job during my studies. International students who worked 56 hours a month next to their studies were eligible for a grant by the Dutch government, which helped me finance my life in university. The job required the ability to work at a fast pace during 8-12 hour days. Work tasks included preparation of food, cleaning and food design.

Teaching first year bachelor students about critical thinking, scientific reasoning, and academic writing. Providing a safe and supportive environment, and giving assistance with any practical issues they encounter throughout their first year at the University.
