Day to day work includes primarily using Quickbooks Online/Desktop as well as VT Software to create both company and sole trader year end/management accounts.Our bookkeeping is also done through QuickBooks when processing and preparing VAT returns.Working for one of the few QuickBooks approved trainers has given me the knowledge to become the main contact for all our clients for any QuickBooks issues/questions.I am responsible for the training and development of our accounts assistant apprentice.I am also responsible for the general maintenance/support of all IT hardware/software.

My day to day role as Account Manager was the preperation of monthly management accounts for the icensed trade industry. This includes some of the UK's largest brewery's including Enterprise Inns, Star Pubs & Bars, Greene King and Admiral TavernsTo prepare these MMAs I use Sage Line 50 software when processing invoices to VAT & Machine Game Duty Returns through to the reports required by each client.I have recently been given the responsibility of been the first point of contact for all IT related queries for both office and field staff
