With over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, I am a seasoned strategy and program controlling director with a passion for process improvement, controlling, and new business development. I led and contributed to multiple projects and initiatives that enhanced the efficiency, quality, and profitability of Continental, one of the world's leading suppliers of mobility solutions.As a former director at Continental, I oversaw program controlling functions for the North American region, a team of 10 controllers. I was responsible for ensuring the alignment of the regional strategy with the global vision, as well as the financial performance and risk management of the programs. In this role I help establish a new business area in Silicon Valley. I also leveraged my expertise in SAP and Supply Chain Management to lead the global roll-out of the SAP platform, for a newly acquired business globally. Additionally, I applied my skills in logistics and process optimization to design and implement innovative solutions for the production logistics and warehouse management systems, resulting in significant cost savings and improved customer satisfaction.
