Led and manage the company's national innovation challenges and competition including HealthTech Challenge, FoodStarter, and MPI Innovation Sprint; all of which had an unprecedented number of entries and received brand awareness nationally.Maintain a distinct and consistent brand identity and ensure the growth in awareness for both Ministry of Awesome and Te Ōhaka.In the span of 18 months, I doubled Ministry of Awesome monthly web visits, grew social media following from ~11k to ~13k and email subscribers from ~3.8k to ~4.4k subscribers.Ensure press coverage for all activities. The company's activities and founders in the community were covered >10 times on national news outlets.
