CurrentManage the day-to-day training operations while implementing new learning programs. Shape the training development and delivery strategy for a Firm of over 1,700 employees to bring new methods of adult learning for technical and soft skills. Lead a team of trainers who worked with project teams and group leads to determine development needs and then develop and deliver towards those.Implemented and administrated a learning management system to help facilitate the delivery of over 1,500+ eLearning, instructor-led classes, and learning material.Developed and lead the training strategy and implementation of a complete overhaul of the Firm’s computer desktop environment. Delivered training to more than 23 offices nationwide using a blended solution of eLearning, instructor-led, one-on-one, webinars, and quick reference manuals.Developed and delivered a leadership development program for all management levels within the Firm using a blended training solution of eLearning, seven instructor-led sessions, and quick reference manuals. Soft skills and processes/procedures were the emphases for phase one of the program.Developed both the strategy and implementation of an onboarding training program for all attorney and non-attorney employees using a blended solution of eLearning, quick reference manuals, and instructor-led sessions. Successfully trained and onboarded into the Polsinelli environment with hundreds of new employees nationwide.Developed and delivered continuous professional development programs firm-wide.
