Hi, I'm Dan. I'm a full-stack web developer and Certified Scrum Master with a love for fixing things and building relationships.I'm an experienced problem solver who has successfully managed to bring these skills to the world of web development. I'm comfortable wading into a new codebase and finding my way, and working UI or backend (or somewhere in the middle). Most of my experience is with a React or Next.JS framework built on Node + Docker + Openshift + GHA. I'm an experienced communicator and use this experience to help mentor my teammates and other juniors.I leverage skills learned from fifteen years of visitor engagement and customer service experience to effortlessly and enthusiastically engage with team members and stakeholders. I strongly believe high-performing development teams require engaging and psychologically safe workspaces.
