I was working in shifts supporting more than 2000 users located worldwide, as well as about 100 people in the office. On my shift I was working alone processing all incoming tickets. Besides that I was preparing for onboarding about 50 new employees every week, providing them with all required services and hardware. I was administrating a lot of systems, such as: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Active Directory, OpenVPN configurations, Internal Access System, Office pass cards, CRM, Microsoft365.Had to do repairs and replacements for our hardware, mostly laptops and PC's. Working with vendors and repair companies.

I worked in a cybersecurity company. Me and my team made a lot of projects, such as improving the security on all of the users computers, migrating the IP phones to the cloud, created our wiki with a lot of instructions for the company users, stocktaking using our malware agent, SCCM and also manually. Since our team is very small for a company of that size (more than 500 users on site and nearly 100 users remotely worldwide). I took part in all of that, but mostly it was resolving tickets and requests such as: - Administrating Active Directory and redacting GPO - Managing accounts, Office 365 licenses - Onborading/Offboarding of employees- Providing technical support on hardware, software, Windows/LInux/Mac OS, VPN on site and for remote Users- Used SCCM on daily basis- Cybersecurity incident response- Finding lost hardware using logs and network information- Google workspace administrating and optimisation, license management- IP Phones troubleshoot

That is a outsourcing company providing full technical support, maintainance of the infrastructure, building the workplaces from scratch and doing planned checkups for a lot of international companies. Firstly I worked as a Dispatch engineer, visiting other offices all around Moscow and Russia resolving problems and providing support on the hardware and infrastructure. I also assembled with 2 offices, 1 in an airport and 1 openspace office with more than 50 computers. After 3 months I was promoted to On Site Service Desk Technician and i worked full time in clients office providing technical support and maintenance for users and office hardware. - VPN Troubleshooting- Resolving hardware issues and repairing laptops- Resolving user accounts issues - Onboarding/Offboarding of employees - Providing basic SAP and Citrix support- Resolving IP Phone issues- Contacting and working with the third party support teams to resolve the problems - Finding contractors for equipment purchases
