At Yoh, I built my own Quant practice, which would eventually spin-off and become Up Top. I trained 3 recruiters, and opened doors to many new clients. I learned a lot about working with buy-side clients in this role.

After UBS, I opened a consultancy and was hired by a boutique staffing firm to help them develop sales strategies and manage their relationships with financial services clients.

Eager to see behind the curtain and solve problems from the inside, I joined a brand-new MSP program (Hays) on-site at UBS, which was one of my clients in my last job. I managed the staffing vendors for IT contractors. This experience really helped me understand how to best partner with my clients, and how to add the most value as a supplier of talent.

In this role, I added a few more banks to my portfolio of clients, and learned more about the business of investment banking, as well as a deeper understanding of the specific roles. I also was given the opportunity to train and manage a pod of recruiters.
