• Provide QA Engineering inspection and construction oversight for various federal, state (MDOT), and FHWA projects• Ensure project specifications and OSHA requirements are met throughout the project• Perform quantity take-off’s, workforce and equipment tracking, and construction documentation for various activities performed on site• Oversee on site construction activities including concrete and steel piling, bridge demolition, structures (abutments and piers) construction, post tensioning, retaining/ noise wall construction, excavation, backfill, grading, underground utilities construction (storm water, sewer, ITS, traffic signal), HMA and concrete paving• Generate daily reports of contractor’s activities, workforce and contractor payables• Perform preconstruction and post construction activities including design constructability review, shop drawings review, material tracking, As-builts development and project closeouts.• Coordinate and oversee QA and QC field testing whenever required
