◇ During my internship, I gained valuable insights into the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in understanding the tablet & capsule manufacturing process.◇ Conducted an analysis of planned versus actual data, comparing forecasted targets with actual production outcomes. This analysis helped identify discrepancies, optimize processes, and improve operational efficiency in the manufacturing workflow.◇ Implemented a 5S project in the production area to enhance workplace organization,safety and productivity.

◇ As a Student Placement Representative for my university, I acted as a liaison between students and the placement cell, facilitating communication and coordinating recruitment activities. I worked closely with both students and recruiters to organize placement drives, share job opportunities, and ensure smooth execution of the placement process.◇ My role involved addressing student concerns, promoting skill development initiatives, and helping improve the overall placement experience for my peers.
