Science to marketing and customer service isn't perhaps the most logical career path, but I've always enjoyed the messaging side of science and that’s how I moved across into communicating our offering to clients and non-clients alike.We sell, deliver, implement and support users of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) [formerly known as Dynamics NAV]. BC is the leading business efficiency and financial management solution for end-to-end business management.We always aim to delight our clients when they are using Bevica (software specifically designed for the alcoholic drinks industry), which is powered by BC. Also, BC users and clients upgrading and moving from NAV to BC SaaS. This is all done by an experienced in-house UK based delivery and support team. My customer success role includes planning for client onboarding within support as well as the offboarding/renewals as part of the client lifecycle with account management calls as part of the internal escalation process. I have also been involved in process and communications improvement to ensure repeatability and efficiency within the team. Further, problem solving is paramount when assisting my team manage clients as part of the ticketing process. Internal project management is part of my daily tasks, and specifically necessary when we had an internal software upgrade project for our ticketing solution Freshdesk.
