As a technical recruiter I specialize in recruiting for contract, contract to direct, and direct hire positions. In addition, the focus of my recruiting has been on (but not limited to) engineering and information technology. As a personal banker I was responsible for offering and selling financial products and services to both consumer and small business customers. Other responsibilities included:- Establishing, developing, retaining, and deepening long-term relationships with current and potential customers in the community.- Meeting and exceeding sales and customer service goals.- Knew the business - including policies, procedures and compliance.- Used "Selling the Bank of America Way" sales process opening complete Package Solutions, cross-selling accounts and services, took loan applications, responded to customer inquiries, resolved issues, and recognized referral opportunities.- Followed through on teller identified opportunities and other identified sales opportunities within a designated time frame.- Adherence to compliance and regulations.
