American Solutions for Winning the Future was a citizen action network of 1.5 million members including 41,000 small business owners.In my position as COO, I:■ Strategically positioned the organization by executing major advocacy campaigns to improve Job growth and an American Energy Plan through grassroots programs, traditional and social media initiatives.■ Drove Talk Radio, Television (Fox News and Fox Business) interviews and Op-Ed articles in the Chicago Tribune, Forbes Magazine, INC and AOL.com. ■ Developed dynamic policy, communications and advocacy for the organization.■ Served as a contributing author, Small Business Chapter in May 2010 New York Times best-selling book “To Save America.”■ Served as principal spokesperson on job creation and economic policies. DAV Strategies offers growth and management consulting for Trade Associations, Foundations and Not For Profits.In this role I:■ Completed a comprehensive study and, made recommendations to preserve more than $100,000 in dues resulting from impact of globalization and mergers at a Leading Trade Association.■ Published an article in, “Association Trends - Become durable, relevant and visible in a turbulent world,” ■ Served as a panelist," Executive Roundtable: "Made in America. American Manufacturing in a Global Marketplace" David N. Deutsch and Company, Tenth Annual Saratoga Weekend for CEO's, Senior Managers and Deal Makers , August 2008.■ Worked with CEO and developed an impactful presentation to present to the senior management team of a leading alternative energy company on how to "Effectively Leveraging Post Acquisition Integration."

At Association for Corporate Growth, I acted as a conduit for networking/deal flow for private equity firms, investment bankers, corporate development officers. As CEO, I positioned the Association for Corporate Growth in the marketplace and quickly increased member ROI. Improved market relevance through branded studies, appearing on: CNBC, Dow Jones Marketwatch, Business News Network, Canada, BBC, London, and Bloomberg. Studies quoted in CFO Magazine, Chicago Tribune, New York Times Deal Book and MSNBC.com. Benchmarks achieved: 24% membership growth, 97% operating revenue growth, 937% cash reserve improvement, record conference attendance, sponsorship and profit improvements of 100%.
