We build high quality products for both defence and commercial markets.They are designed to deliver critical navigation information across sea, land and air platforms including surface, sub-sea assets, ground vehicles, and unmanned aerial vehicles applications.Many of the world's leading companies use Advanced Navigation including Airbus, Boeing, General Motors, Lockheed Martin, NASA JPL, Tesla, Thales and more.Job Description:• Train and supervise production staff at multiple locations to execute Production Work Orders.• Ensuring effective and efficient work order scheduling considering sales requirements. • Working with vendors, suppliers and contract electronics manufacturers on quality issues.• Closely working with Procurement Manager to ensure production scheduling synchronise with materials requirements.• Setting up incoming goods inspection processes.• Conducting Calibration.• Hardware Diagnostics, Repair, and Soldering.• Build test jigs for incoming goods and production assemblies• Prepare and maintain production drawings and assembly and test procedures• Test and supervise test of manufactured products.• Ensure Production Capabilities are maintained with competency development and required skill upgrades to perform the jobs.• Troubleshoot and repair or supervise repair of returned merchandise.• Ensure Production processes are in line with Advanced Navigation ISO 9001:2015 policy.• Ensure effectiveness of the RMA process with systematic root cause analysis • Effectively and efficiently documenting and controlling the Non Conforming products through the quarantine process.• Complete internal ISO audits and support external and customer audits.• Continuously updating Quality System documentation and writing new procedures.
