- Coordinator for the Middle School Edge Youth Ministry of the parish, including conducting weekly Edge Core Team planning meetings for team of 12 adults and teen Peer Leaders, and executing twice monthly Edge Nights for 20-25 youth, consisting of: teaching during the night, leading prayer, leading youth in small discussion groups, and leading youth in games/icebreakers - Coordinated all parish service opportunities for Confirmation teens (approximately 300 teens in parish Confirmation program, groups ranged in size from a dozen or so teens at a time to several dozen). Service opportunities included annual CROP Hunger Walk, annual WCAV (Women's Clinic of the Antelope Valley) Baby Bottle Drive fund-raiser, CRS (Catholic Relief Services) Rice Bowl fund-raiser, and multiple St. Vincent de Paul Food Drives at Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. Responsibilities included getting information out via multiple mediums (Internet, paper, announcements, etc.), coordinating sign-ups of teens, and coordinating/supervising on-site service of teens.- Also responsible for lesson planning/teaching/substituting Confirmation classes of 20 students as necessary, as part of parish Confirmation team- Provided secretarial help to the Coordinator of K-8 Religious Education, including data entry into Parish Data System for record keeping for 300 students- Reduced inefficiencies and increased productivity of Coordinator of Religious Education and other office staff by helping with office work, including word processing (Proficient with MS Office, Including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), organizing and filing, making phone calls, and other work as necessary- Lesson planned and taught both a 7th grade religious education class of 20 students weekly during school year (Sept.-May), and a 6th grade religious education class of 20 students weekly during the school year (Sept.-May), as well as substitute teaching other classes when necessary
