God has lead me down many paths in my life, each one of them was for a reason, and each one helped me to learn more about myself, and how I can best serve those around me. When I graduated from college, I was passionate about learning about how people think, and why they act they way they do with others, and I took an internship opportunity working with the homeless and low-income in my community. I have been working with the homeless in a volunteer capacity since I was in high school, and helping them has always been a passion of mine. I then answered God's call to serve in ministry in my parish for several years. During the pandemic, I helped to house the homeless with LAHSA and Project Roomkey. Now, I am back serving young people as a substitute teacher for my local high school district. Above all, I remain passionate about answering God's call to serve others in my life to the best of my ability.
