Technical leadership in a cross-divisional team of engineers contributing to the Linux graphics stack, directly supporting Linux, Android, Chrome, and other Linux-based operating systems. Design, implement and consult on changes to the entire stack, with a focus on the Intel kernel-mode driver.Define the architecture in key areas and review design proposals for implementing upcoming Intel platform support in the desktop, mobile, embedded space and virtualized environments.Drive process improvements in the entire development pipeline, from feature and platform enabling planing, track implementation, review and testing progress and ensure quality issues are handled efficiently. Designed an entire new feature flow integrating community processes and expectations with continuous integration and agile methods, and successfully campaigning for and leading its implementation. Worked both with community and internal stakeholders to push through process changes with the focus on empowering engineers much more than is traditional in the kernel community.Championed test driven feature development, designed and implemented new testing methods for graphics kernel drivers. Promoted documentation process for the kernel driver, test suite and userspace tooling and feature flow. All with the goal to give engineers the tools to do a great job, speed up on-boarding and empower the entire team.Mentored and trained traditional teams writing proprietary software in open source process, best practices and explaining the underlying reasons behind these differences. Driven the collaboration with proprietary software teams joining the overall Linux kernel driver efforts, with a focus on implementing the team culture and organizational changes required to be successful in an upstream first context.

Regular presenter at top worldwide renowned Linux conferences like Linux Conf Australia, Linux Plumber's Conference and others. Participated in the invite-only Kernel Summit since 2013.
