Having spent the early part of my career in software client-facing roles, I am truly excited to see the profession of customer success take off globally! Customer success is about protecting a company’s most-valuable asset, it’s clients. I have experience in leadership, management, and as an individual contributor in customer success. I have led a customer support team and successfully converted that team into a true customer success team in a SaaS environment. As a manager, I have mentored many team members on the fundamentals of customer success. And as an individual contributor, I have owned and developed large ($1mil +) enterprise level customer relationships with Fortune 1000 clients.
