I am serving as the Vice President of Development for Acts 29. Responsible for providing leadership to and supervision of all development functions for the ministry, as well as playing a key role in supporting the President. Emphasis on growing the organization's fundraising presence and expanding the number of those committed to and engaged in the Acts 29 mission, as demonstrated through new, renewed, and increased financial contributions. Also, collaborating on global partnership opportunities.I have over 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and fundraising, and a Master of Public Administration degree with a focus on nonprofit management.My core competencies include developing and directing fundraising strategies, building and maintaining donor relationships, leading and developing staff, and overseeing marketing and communications.I have also contributed to several publications that reference my work on The 5 Stages, a framework for disability ministry.
