Kiva Kitchen and Bath is a high end home appliance retailer for major home builders in Texas and California metropolitan area. Manage accounting department of 5 full time staff and 1 part time staff (consisting of branch offices in Conroe, Austin, San Antonio, and California).

Summit Integration is a market leading audio/visual integrator specializing in high-end board rooms, video conferencing, teleconferencing, and education systems. Manage accounting department of 5 full time staff and 2 part time staff (consisting of branch offices in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, McAllen, Corpus Christi, & Louisiana). During my 7 years of service with Summit Integration the company grew from $23M to $56M. Summit Integration went through two acquisitions during 2008 and 2010. I work coincide with the President on planning and processing the paperwork for the acquisition. During this timeframe we acquired a $10M company in Louisiana. I also coordinate the implementation of MAS500 working with consultants and all departments to map business process.

Manufacture valves are used in Oil and Gas Operation, Power Generation, Aerospace Industry, and Refining. I managed two divisions of YCV Corporation accounting departments. I was the decision maker to purchased Made2Manage manufacturing software and responsible for the implementation of the accounting system from QuickBooks. I was the primary decision-maker in implementing employees benefit package including 125 cafeteria plan as well as 401k plan.
