I am passionate about delivering key projects to the highest possible standards to optimise organisational performance. For the last 13 years, I have managed and delivered multiple projects both internationally and within the U.K. to install and maintain critical communication systems to support operations, on behalf of the Ministry of Defence. These include: • Establishing and running a training camp for 100+ personnel, from defining roles and requirements to coordinating resources and managing costs, resulting in a 70% increase in operational readiness stats. • Equipping a functioning HQ with communications equipment overseas; managed a small team of 10, customs and legal requirements and coordinated the packing and testing of kit.• A complex project to uplift £2m worth of sensitive radio software, as part of an Army-wide programme. • A year-long project to repair and maintain a complex armoured vehicle and its communication equipment, whilst overcoming a multitude of challenges.Whilst I have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my military service, I am now keen to apply my skills to a new challenge.
