Here is my story.Completing my degree in politics at Trent University, I continued in the local community, starting a career in the restaurant industry, managing pubs, cafes and fine dining establishments. For many years I enjoyed the experience of being that home away from home, that safe space for our regular patrons.Feeling the need for change while living in Toronto I moved into the world of agency recruitment and had the daily challenge of trying to place candidates with lucky employers. After a few years, moved to Kingston and building on my experience, moved into employment services where I helped people one on one and in group settings.I love being excited for people! Seeing someone discover the way forward, or simply start to believe, is a rush.I believe in my clients and their abilities to meet their goal, solve the problem, overcome.It is exhilarating coaching someone and helping them to see the way clearly ahead.
