Having spent a portion of my early, 'formative' working life in the Retail and Hospitality IT and ePOS sector, I`ve seen the market grow massively, especially in the last 5-10 years, to the degree that to it is almost strange to walk into a retail or hospitality establishment these days and not see some form of ePOS structure with links to BOS and more.Moving forward now into the world or mobile point of sale or mPOS as it's better known opens the door to a new horizons of possibilities in both retail and hospitality applications. How long before we see the waiter less ordering systems become wide spread, where consumers place food and drink orders from a tablet or other device at their table.The future is looking new and bright.
