Represent clients in the construction industry to enhance the management, delivery and execution of a successful project. I am responsible for providing construction document review and providing feedback of potential problematic issues, review and evaluation of schedule, construction monitoring, and anything else that will enhance the overall delivery process for the Owner. I also head up our Forensics division, and provide investigative and expert witness services for construction projects dealing with failures or problematic issues, like water infiltration or suspected mold growth. As a certified BECxP (building enclosure commissioning provider), I provide consulting services to Owners and Construction Managers or General Contractors that include building enclosure document review, shop drawing review, collaboration meetings, and construction observation in order to enhance the delivery of an optimized building enclosure.

I worked as a project architect in the Investigative Services Group, and was responsible for many different types of investigations and forensic evaluations involving all areas of construction. My focus was on building envelope evaluations, property condition assessments, review of contract documents, construction administration and ADA evaluations, including the execution of ADA Self Evaluation and Transition Plans. I was also responsible for the design of new facilities and the implementation of repair programs to residential and commercial facilities.

• Assisted in global management of Phase I of $300M mixed-use urban development Carmel City Center project located in Carmel, Indiana.• Managed a $5.75M commercial building including two levels of underground parking garage as part of the Pedcor Companies campus located in Carmel, Indiana.• Assisted in design, development and management of $7.75M retail development Old Town Shops located in Carmel, Indiana.

• Worked directly under principle architect in all phases of the projects, from conceptual design all the way through construction administration.• Produced design and construction documents for numerous Goddard preschool facilities, several retail tenant build-outs and various apartment projects.
