Until his retirement in August 2021, Dan spent many years directing the corporate partnership recruitment efforts across the US, on behalf of the TutorMate online tutoring volunteer program. The program is operated by 501(c)3 nonprofit Innovations For Learning. TutorMate is presently deployed in ~25 major urban school districts across the US, and recently had over 6000 registered volunteer tutors, all of whom are employed at about 200 major participating corporations, government agencies, law firms, partnerships, and nonprofits.
