With over 15 years of experience in UX research, I am passionate about understanding user needs, behaviors, and preferences, and translating them into actionable insights and recommendations to drive business strategy. My mission is to create user-centered products and services that solve real problems and delight customers. I am currently a Staff UX Researcher at Google, where I work with cross-organization stakeholders to drive research strategy for Payments Platform B2B billing and tax.In my current role, I plan and conduct research using a variety of methods, such as surveys, interviews, usability tests, and ethnographic studies. I deliver data and insights that inform product design and development, as well as business strategy and vision. As a senior member of my team I have been driving UX process improvements that affect overall team cohesion and focus on UX like product excellence initiatives. I have a proven track record of driving innovations in a rapidly evolving billing and tax domain, as well as collaborating with other researchers, designers, engineers, and product managers. I leverage my skills in human-computer interaction, usability testing, and ethnography to create engaging and effective user experiences.
