I have over 22 years' experience working in the IT industry, leading technical, presales and business development teams in the UK and across EMEA.I am excited about the positive impact of technology on our lives and so excited to see the opportunity that Generative AI presents to us with Firemind at the forefront of innovation on AWS using Amazon Bedrock.I am passionate about growing teams and developing people by leading with empathy. I became a Bar Raiser in Amazon in 2020 hiring over 100 people during a 7-year career. I was also lucky enough to gain the opportunity to build two teams from scratch, whilst focusing on the importance of Emotional Intelligence (EQ).
