With detailed report writing, I provide direct skills training services and job coaching to people of all ages with various developmental disabilities including cognitive, physical and adaptive functioning barriers. I have equipped over 600 individuals in practical, hands-on activities to boost their independent work skills, which in many cases, prepared them for immediate employment. Others gain valuable work experience that moves them closer to living and working more independently. Skills assessment, accommodations, goal-setting and industry-specific curriculum drive the development of support strategies. Detailed report writing in various forms, individualized program plans and case notes among them, deliver case management documentation for further evaluation of work and interpersonal skills. I co-chair the department's Business Advisory Council.

Recruited, trained and supervised 140+ people in week-long community service projects in Monterrey, Mexico; Arizona, Louisiana and Tennessee. These outreaches included vision-casting for maximum impact, team-building, training in health, safety and cultural guidelines, etc. It also involved training of community engagement teams and facilitation of construction teams.

This direct service work supported individuals with severe developmental disabilities. As an advocate I was responsible for providing active treatment and personal care, aiding them in their goals and maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable living environment. Engaging them in regular conversation served as further encouragement.

Ministry work involved ongoing planning, development and coordination of various church projects. It also included preparing and sharing various presentations and programs, including the legal documents of church by-laws and articles of incorporation. Further work focused on training others in community outreach, canvassing, mentoring, and needs assessment in low income communities. Ministry development, administration, short-term counseling and pastoral care were additional, necessary responsibilities.
