Holiday Retirement

Conducts lead generation and conversion activities. Provides hands-on sales coaching and field training to Community and Regional staff on lead generation and conversionactivities. Participates in the evaluation, hiring, and training of Regional and Community sales staff. Assists with market research including competitive research, lead generation and conversion analysis. Participates in the implementation of new services/programs. Assists in maintaining and maximizing referral and lead-generation service relationships. Assists in maintaining sales and marketing fulfillment materials (web sites, brochure inserts, etc). Monitors and assists in maintaining field-level Direct Inquiry System (lead database management). Assists and participates in development of regional sales training curriculum.

Middle East

I was responsible for Personal Protection of several High Profile principles. Was tasked with recruitment, selection, hiring and training new assets and building proficient operational Tactical Teams to operate in High risk areas of the Middle East. (Convoy Operations, Executive Movement, Indigenous population training, perimeter control, patrolling, international relations, marksmanship, countermeasures, surveillance and intelligence collection)

Enforced Rules and Regulations that governed the Great people of a midwest state. Was also a Closed Quarters combat instructor as well as an Instructor of Instructors. Trained and handled an internationally certified Dual Purpose narcotics detector dog and a SWAT Team Member.
