Accomplishments - Managed paid and volunteer drives that have registered over 730,000 voters, collected over 3 million petition signatures, knocked on over 2 million doors, called over 1 million voters, and contacted over 750,000 voters for persuasion and GOTV- Coordinated and overseen over 40 large earned media events including press conferences, rapid response events, protests, and campaign rallies that have garnered national, statewide and local coverage- Raised over $3 million in various finance roles, including a record-breaking amount in an Ohio statewide election- Contributed to over 50 winning electoral campaigns, beat goals and achieved legislative or other wins on dozens of advocacy projects, and qualified 22 statewide ballot initiatives across the countryResponsibilities - Managed hundreds of campaign staff and interns in field, finance, communications and research roles, and thousands of volunteers and hourly paid staffers- Planned, built and executed voter registration, ballot initiative petition collection, and door-to-door persuasion and GOTV field programs for candidates, issues, and advocacy groups- Built relationships with leaders and activists, mobilized robust national and statewide networks of advocacy groups, labor unions, and community organizations, and built coalitions that win campaigns- Developed and overseen finance operations consisting of calls, meet-and-greets, fundraisers, endorsements, and mailings- Crafted effective messaging through writing talking points, press advisories, campaign literature, call and door scripts, and have reinforced campaign messaging to coalition partners and press in both on and off-the-record capacities- Prepped and staffed candidates, executive directors, and campaign managers for call-time, editorial board meetings, debates, meet-and-greets, fundraising receptions, and other campaign events
