Currently manage a team of 15 employees, and 4 P&L segments, Golf, Architectural, Memorial, and Residential. FusionCast is the industry leader in engineered metal casting technology. We have a process patent to be able to successfully fuse ionized metal with high density urethanes resulting in exquisite custom bronze, copper, and aluminum signage for numerous applications.

I managed the Golf segment P&L for FusionCast. Our model was to be a 'value add'​ to existing distributors that already had, and were selling to clientele in the North American and International golf markets.
