Dan has been associated with the Occupational Safety/Fire Prevention Fields since 1998. He started his career at Chrysler Toledo Machining Plant and Toledo Jeep North Assembly Plant. Dan held the positions of Security/First Responder, Plant Fire Marshal and Fire/Security Supervisor. After leaving Chrysler Dan performed as Fire Inspector for SimplexGrinnell until he was offered a position at Dunbar Mechanical as a Safety Engineer in 2006. In 2008 Dan was promoted to the Safety Director at Dunbar Mechanical- where he is responsible for all Safety training, updating/administering Safety programs and maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies such as OSHA, EPA, DOT and MSHA. He is also responsible for accident/Injury analysis, HazCom, Worker's Compensation and job-site Inspections.
