Start up the company in China: -Design the layout of the plant.-Sourcing of all equipment for the production to make different chocolate products (70% imported machines). -Self design of packaging lines, for optimal and flexible working. -Recruiting production team and workers.-Recruiting Operations team: Logistic, Purchasing, Packaging NPD, Customers service, Production Manager, Quality manager. -Train people to learn work with Chocolate and all the machinery.-NPD: create the whole range of Export and Domestic Chocolate products.-Making all cost calculations for all the products.-Create Factory store and follow up sales and promotions.Daily work after start up;-Planning: Make planning overview based on fixed orders and forecast.Daily organization of the production, follow up orders and sales. -Production-Packaging:Follow up daily output, and work on efficient working system. -Sales – Marketing: Discuss new projects with customers, and make proposals. Develop new products and packaging. Follow up new packaging design with customers. Make cost calculations of product – Packaging and labor. Follow up order and deliveries with customers-Life demonstrations in stores to promote the brand-General management: Align the entire department, by weekly overview meeting.Keep pushing the entire department to move fast forward and finish projects and or tasks on time.Control salary list and overtime.Control payments.Keep good connections with CIQ and QS departments in China
