Great knowledge of building in all its aspects, read architectural and engineering plans, interpret building codes, communicate to trades, designing homes, permitting, and much more. Trained in bidding, building budgets, drawing in AutoCAD, extreme problem solving, and much more.

Joined the team of a Christian conference center where I was assigned many different jobs: barista, server, assistant cook, dishwasher, landscaper, maintenance, it, and housekeeper. Eventually raised to the position of manager of the coffee house where I developed the skills of management, budgeting, educating, and training staff members, scheduling, ordering, inventory control, merchandising development, human resource, and recruiting.
