develop from scratch a new method to correct and regain height restoration in broken or deteriorated back bones and vertebraes.The method was based on a unique dyneema knitted sleeve (15 mm dia) and 200 mm length with holes of maximum size of 0.1 sq mm The device was inserted into one pedicle of the patient using a canulla of 3 mm external diameterwhile in place, a specially developed cemen was added from inside the sleeve intil it inflates as a ball of around 15 mm dia.after this diameter the cement starts to "leak out as tiny hairs"these hairs mix with the porous inner bone.After 3 -4 minutes of insertion procedure one pulls out the sleeve keeping the cement inside the bone and the sleeve outside the body.End of procedureAlso the delivery method and delivery system was developed by me.As a side work, during dead times I developed a new approach to inflatable nails to heal the FEMUR and the TIBIA
During those years I Designed many illumination devices for microscopes and Automatic Optical inspection and verification machines, varying from dark field to bright field, filtered flashes, optical laser aligner, linear illumination block for artwork machines and multi-color scanning arrays.I developed substitutes to laser pointers using LED's and optics.The main verification illumination, "called Mishkafaim" method, Variable angle illumination, automatic adaptable video settings according to real time condition for any pcb and substrate in test.Also I designed most of the prototypes in electro - optics and tested every new approach and idea of the PCB and AOI branchAlso, designed several external covers (Dragon, CVR 100, CVR 200, PVS, Orion 800, LAM, Fine Line, and much more.To those designs I also designed user interfaces, working stands, automation methods, electro-mechanical systems, linear color scanning. and much more
