His affinity for asset management renders itself centrefold of his current vocation, whilst he concurrently leverages off his extensive knowledge in the B2B & B2C brokerage industry. Dany’s strengths are evident in the significant global growth of markets.com since he assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer in Africa at the beginning of 2024. Under his leadership, markets.com expanded its operations and teams rapidly, establishing a strong presence in Africa and the Middle East. Within a few months, he opened two new offices and increased the broker’s volumes in Africa by over 50% year-over-year.Prior to markets.com, Dany embarked on a journey with RaiseFX, a broker regulated by the FSCA and SVG, which turned out to be instrumental in Dany’s success. The broker’s global footprint drastically grew from the time he stepped in as Chief Commercial Officer. Dany managed to rapidly expand RaiseFX’s operations by introducing and developing the brand in the MENA, Southeast Asian and African regions while he opened 5 new offices globally in less than 3 months. Back to 2020/23, Dany was the Global Head of Retention and Regional Director at INFINOX before joining RaiseFX, assisting the broker to get awarded 'Best Broker in Africa' in 2022. Before INFINOX, Dany emerged from an 8-year stint at FXCM, 5 years of which, Dany as Managing Director of the UK & Africa, oversaw the growth of FX spot and CFDs from USD 18 bn and zero, to USD 30 bn and 5.6 bn per quarter respectively. Dany is also a TV, radio speaker and regularly releases content for some of the most prominent and famous media channels such as CNBC Africa, IOL News, MoneyWeb, as well as Finance Magnates, FX News Group, or Leaprate.
