• Management for sales activity• Work on the cost research including product cost & tooling/equipment cost from very rough idea to final specification• Lead the new project development through team setup with customer & internal company • Make & follow up the implementation plan• Control the project budget during the development and through all sales activities• Follow up and support developing and on-going projects in between customers and internal departments• Work the sales budget twice a year • Work closely with customer and factory to meet sales target• Details cost analysis and cost update• Achieve customer satisfaction and maintain good relationship by providing high quality product with competitive prices• Develop business from different business area beyond on-going products. • Monitor and follow up all outstanding payment to avoid any bad debit• Follow up customer quality claims• Support track the components delivery from overseas to purchasing• Lead the cost saving activities • Support the asset check & management in between customer & factory • Assist Supervisor / Management for business development activities
