I have spent over several years in the Army, I have been a military surgeon several years now and will be retiring at the end of August. In my last position I was an infantryman specializing in long-range planning, teaching training, and advising on matters pertaining to national defense. During that time we where sveing life as a surgeon commanding two military units with more than 15 people under my command. My duties required me to work closely with management, supervisors, and senior officers across all levels within the army to accomplish organizational goals
