Danya manages her transactions thoughtfully and skillfully, tracking all requirements from the initial requirements development stage (what do clients really want/need to be successful) through execution once a property is identified. Using the skills she learned through project management, Danya is able to identify issues with closings (private wells, easement concerns, road maintenance issues) before they become issues with lenders. By doing this, she produces clean transactions with the least possible issues.
