Maintenance and troubleshooting Sabre 3D electrofill tools in the Tualatin Aps Lab. The Sabre 3D is a multi function electroplating tool used in far back end semiconductor processing.

Worked as a contract repair technician fixing telescope mirrors. The work involved handling delicate valuable mirrors, following complex detailed procedures and performing accurate metrology. The repair process uses formic, hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acids and various solvents. Equipment used include a laser tracker, induction heaters, Zerodur glass grinding hand tools and automated grinding tools. I also worked with the hazardous waste disposal and managing safety for the lab.

I worked with the manufacturing development group at Intel, developing the newest computer chip manufacturing processes. Chip manufacturing requires equipment maintenance with high accuracy and calibration as films are deposited with thicknesses in the micron level with high uniformity across a 300mm silicon wafer. I worked in a cleanroom on a CVD toolset, which had vacuum, process gasses, liquid chemical, robotics, pneumatic and RF components. I performed tool maintenance and calibration, data collection, software troubleshooting, process optimization and I am adept at developing new skills as processes are developed. I worked alongside of field service engineers and performed the same tasks. I also worked with advanced metrology equipment such as FTIR, SEM/EDX and mass spectrometry. I have worked closely with engineering on developing and documenting routine task procedures, data collection plans, non-standard processing and data analysis. I also have written work plans and corrected engineering plans when needed. I was an excellent trainer, training the majority of new engineers and technicians that joined the team. I performed routine daily tasks, and oversaw operations. I was on the Emergency Response Team for 19 years, which involved hazardous spill assessment, isolation and cleanup, first aid training and crowd control. I am flexible and learn new tasks quickly. I am comfortable with routine and dealing with problems or change. I have a track record of being able to prioritize work in a busy environment.Recently I have some expirence in industrial HVAC. I maintained and operated industrial HVAC systems for office and cleanroom utilizing Cimplicity and SCADA. I also supported process vacuum pumps, clean dry compressed air systems and VOC and caustic exhaust scrub equipment.

As a NBC specialist, we worked training other soldiers to protect themselves from chemical agents. I also worked in supply and the motor pool when training wasn't needed.
